People Source was established in 2002 as an ethical and proactive Technical & IT recruitment agency. Since then we have gone from strength to strength in cultivating new client relationships and turning them into long term satisfied customers. We believe that recruitment is based on close relationships and developing a deep understanding of the companies we recruit for to get the right cultural fit.
We have a great team who are knowledgeable and go out of their way to exceed expectations wherever possible. Our success comes from their hard work, dedication and expertise.
We are proud to feature on the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 List for both 2008 and 2009. The business has grown at 74% per annum and we now recruit for over 100 different companies across all industry sectors including Finance, Defence, Consultancy, New Media, Marketing, Retail and Public Sector.
In 2010 we were awarded the Framework agreement through Buying Solutions to provide non medical staff to the NHS and public sector nationally.
We set out with the aim to be different and I like to think that we are succeeding.
